For years, I watched my husband's construction business run on what was in his head. Everything — job schedules, crew coordination, client updates, financials — lived everywhere and nowhere. I had the OBM skills to help, but without organisation and visibility, I couldn't actually take the load off him.

That's when I realised: this isn't just our problem. Every contractor I knew was living the same chaos.

Here's what I bring to this work:

I've been a real estate investor since 2005. I own and operate a renovation company with my husband. I've worked as a business coach helping local businesses get their operations clean. And I'm naturally wired to organise systems — it's how my brain works.

That means I don't need contractors to explain what their life looks like. I already know the world you work in. What I need to learn is how YOUR business operates — and that's exactly what we do together.
